I have a complaint for Airtel prepaid.I have recharged my prepaid mobile number 9560376334 for rs 250 online but I just got the message that rs 250 has been deducted from your account and on screen I got a n error message 504 and my prepaid mobile has not been recharged.airtel sites are very very slow responding and lead to an error message all the time.I tried to get recharged from freecharge.com but similar sites have a message that airtel has a system failure problem pls try after 30 mins and after 30 minutes also it remains same.When I called up airtel customer care the sounds were like a fish market people shouting even loud that I wasnt able to hear properly what she was talking. I will say this time Airtel has a pathetic service as well as pathetic customer support.
