This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service provided by your service center at Manorama Junction in Kochi, Kerala (04842314456).I had taken my Tablet Me U1 for service after traveling 12 km in the city to reach there at 4.30 pm yesterday just to be informed by a girl that the Board needs to be replaced and would cost Rs.4900/-. She did not even bother to switch on the tablet. The tablet most probably has a software issue but she was adamant that the board needs to be replaced. No body seems to be interested in servicing anything beyond the warranty period.The receptionist removes the receiver of her land phone at 4 pm so that she is not bothered by any more calls so when i tried calling them for directions to reach their place it gave a out of order message.

Well i was proud to own a tablet and a desktop from your company but this experience has really shaken me. I dont think i will buy anymore of your products or recommend it to any one if my issues are not taken care ASAP.
