I have recharged my mobile bearing airtrel number 7760376474 on 24-2-2012 for Rs.200 but recharge was not done successfully and amount has been deducted from my bob account. I sent a complaint on that day after one day i got a call saying that i need to wait for 72hrs in order to get my recharge done but neither recharge was done nor amount was credited to my account . please do needful as soon as possible
