Sir, I am having AIRTEL prepaid mobile connection Mobile No.9665998723. I have recharged a balance of Rs.500 on 26.03.2013. However, instead of crediting a balance of Rs.525, a balance of Rs.442 was credited. Why did you deduct that difference ? Care to explain ?

Kindly arrange to credit the remaining balance at the earliest and be a Good Mobile Service Provider.
