I had ordered a samsung phone on timtara.com on 12th Dec, 2012 (Order Id: 10366724). After placing the order I realized that the site would not provide any printed document of the transaction (no mail and nothing on the website post transaction). This was unacceptable to me and on the same day I raised a ticket to cancel the order. I have called their customer care every week and everytime they say that the money will be refunded but that never happens. It has been 3 months since I had asked them to cancel my order.

I want a full refund of the money as I had mailed them about my cancellation even before the product was shipped. Even as per their policy (on their site) they should have refunded me the money
