This is nikhilesh narkar. my mobile number is 9987294933.according to the plan of the sim my sms charge should charged 15paisa/sms bt from last 2 months they charged me 1rs./sms .
The main fact is that we cant able to contact with customer care from ‘ratnagiri’ distict.
i had already complain to the care center from mumbai, but they didn’t give satisfactory service. pls help me to solve this problem.thank you
