Dear Sir / Madam,

Safdarjung Hyundai motors has committed a fraud by overcharging me for the accidental repairs of my Verna bearing registration no: HR26AN 7987 as per the details below:

Total bill amount : Rs 58527

Amount claimed from insurance company (Reliance) RGICL claim no 2091198504 , policy no (1302782311014209) : Rs 38359

Amount charged from me : Rs 23000

They have committed a fraud of Rs 2832 and are harassing me by not paying the amount back. I’ve called them up multiple times and they are just delaying the same. Please help.
