Since last 1 Month I am regularly getting a message ‘”Last call charges 00.10 INR. Call duration 00:00:00. Balance Rs……” AND I find 10Paisa deducted from the balance. This deduction is totally unautorised and I want to understand the reason for Airtel to earn money in this fashion by QUIETLY Deducting 10paisa. I want REFUND and Compensation from Airtel.
