Deleting of my new number by Airtel

I took a new airtel connection from the Calcutta Calling in Gariahat, South Calcutta, on 18-Oct-11 submitting the shop owner with all the required docs (Passport) and photo. But on 3rd-Nov-11 I found my line is been disconnected from 1600 hrs(approx). I immediately visited Airtel office in Park street on 4th Nov evening, but the attending person in the Airtel office very sweetly informed me that you is line is deleted by airtel but he could not give me any reason. Although I had quite a lot of balance in the sim card. They also told me that they are helpless in this regard. I immediately contacted the shop from where I bought the sim, he immediately informed me that he submitted all the papers with photo in time and he also informed me that if he has not submitted the papers then how the sim was active for more than 15 days. FYI, I didn’t receive any sms or instruction from the airtel. Now, tell me what’s my fault? Why should I loose money for somebody’s (airtel) fault? This is the 1st time I took a airtel connection in my life and the result was awfully bad within 15 days. …. My sim no was 9163594496 ………….
