Airtel – Problem With Voice Mail Service

I have been using an airtel number for the past 4 years. I had been facing a problem with the voice mail service. The customer care executive disconnected the call on dec 15,2013 stating that the micromax handset i used was the reason for non functioning of the service. However, soon i realised that i was misguided by the representatives. Thus i called the executives after a gap of 4 months. On May 20, 2014, i set another complaint which was promised to be resolved within 24 hours. However no response was received for two days, Hence i called again dated 22, 24, 25 and 26 may. evrytime i was promised a solution writhing 24 hours but no response was received fron the service provider. On 26 may i was told to get my cell recharged and check the service. I spent an amount of rs. 90 for the recharge and still the service did not work. I used the airtel website to communicate and filed a complaint on 25th may which was than closed without any confirmation from my side. the status of the complaint has been closed.

I demand a strong compensation of Rs. 50000 for the mental harassment and most important the time.
