Sir, I purchased a mobile phone of xolo brand & model no. Q700, I have used this phone about 9-10 months and its battery has swelled up, and i want to purchase a new battery of xolo q700, but company is not providing me its new battery, i went to company’s service centre in Noida, Uttar Pradesh before 27 days ago, and wrote a request for new battery, and till now 27 days has over, but they did not provide me new battery, and i also have called service centre around 15-20 times, and i have mailed also to their provided email (care@xolo.in) 5-10 times, but still they did not provide me new battery of xolo q700 phone, and the company is fooling me, sir please help me. Thanks
