Airtel Raising ticket Connection Restored

This has been almost an extent of non working of Airtel to extreme. Its been almost more then than 3 weeks I am not getting any kind of help from Aitel Team except raising ticket and telling me that they are arranging a call back in next 2 hours as standard statement. They are working on raising tickets after tickets, I am not sure why they are playing game with ticket to save their SLAs. I asked Airtel to move my connection out of safe custody on 19th Aug and the person told me that my connection will be active in 4 hours. Since I am staying on an alternate location, I travelled back after 10 hours (I came from US and my home was packed so I was working to get other things like water motor etc. before moving in) and checked that still the link was not working. Airtel has been calling me until 23rd and I made almost 6 trips from my office to home to check internet connectivity when they told that jumpering is done however there was no link. The engineer Siddharth (882629xxx) visited me on 21st and told that he will close the ticket raised on 21st since it was modem re install and he cannot do anything until the Link is there. He and customer care also told that the current ticket will be closed n new ticket will be raised for back end team . I called again on 24th to check for status and I was surprised that there was no ticket for “No Link” which was the actual issue. I asked him to raise a ticket immediately for same and he did. Next was again a wait and few more visit to my home to check for internet. I called customer care to check on ticket on 27t and they were so smart to keep their SLA Safe, that they closed the older ticket and raised new ticket and I was not told about this magic they die. I never asked them to close that ticket on 24th Aug and when I asked them to re open it, customer care tells that they cannot do it technically. This is their sheet attempt to close tickets within SLA. Everyday I call airtel customer care, they tell that “your problem will be resolved by 3 pm or 1 pm tomorrow and this is last time the delay has happened”. Now when I call the North Head of Airtel for this issue ,he is teling that my ticket has got into error bin and they are working with IBM team to get it out of it. I question if the computer is not working then will they stop taking orders and doing all work. They shall have a back up plan also. I question why in 4 days Airtel is not able to check the exact problem, leave about resolving it. Visits from office to home to check my intent and Also I am bound to stay at alternate place since I cannot work without internet and costed me around 25,000 INR until now. I wish to know If Airtel can’t give me services, they shall tell me on 19th only and I would have arranged for an alternate like Tata Photon or something else at this point who will pay me the 25k INR which I incurred due to negligence.

I wish the compensation for this Harassment and loss of money due to all this mess up from Airtel. If they cannot provide service then they can tell up front on the time taken to resolve such issues. I wish to claim 50, 000 (INR Twenty Five Thousand) for the mental and physical trauma caused to me due to their whereas I have never faulted in paying them in time in my last 5-6 years relation ship with airtel and had penalty for late fee so they shall also pay penalty in case they cannot provide services in time.
