Reliance Broadband – Refund process delay no service

I asked Reliance to disconnect my broadband services due to regular downtime from their end. They disconnected my broadband line with customer id :- 364093106820. They agreed to pay me back the amount they charged, as they have the advance rental scheme, where they charge for their services in advance. They agreed to pay me back 567 rupees, that were charged to me. Its been an year, I have been chasing them for refund. Every now and then, they give me a new deadline for 2 days, 7 days, 15 days, 20 days, etc that money will be refunded in so and so time. I filed complaints with their highest grievance office, “Appellate Authority” and recieved a lot of complaint number in lieu of the same. some of complaint numbers are:- 209463868;209464700;3480923798; 210926944;220196611;2221752179( most recent). please help me getting my money back
