I ported my No. 844703xxxx , from Vodafone to Airtel , while porting they gave me a plan with lower rates and when my No. Was active with Airtel all the rates were higher then promised to me. Since last 2 months I have been trying to contact Airtel but no one is responding I sent mail to there Zonal & Applete Authority email ids and got no response finally I wrote a message on facebook , imediayelly they called me to know my concern (Mr. Zeeshan) , and said in 1-2 days my problem will be resolved , and after that no one called back. I kept writing many messages & they would just reply we have called you & informed the status of your complain. After my repeated messages Mr. Lalit called and again asked my problem I explained him the whole thing he said don’t worry latest by tomorrow I’ll call you and resolve the problem. Its been 1 week already no one called back since last 2 months there is no one in Airtel who can listen to it’s customer complains. Even in my area there is a big signal problem I mentiond about it to Mr. Lalit who promised I’ll send some one to see the issue and will resolve it, no resolution for this as well.
I need the original rates that were promised to me , better network in this area & off course the financial loss that I had to incure because of the weak network , should be compensated .
