So my sis bought this laptop from chroma , Pheonix mall, Bangalore and when we got home and removed the plastic cover off the laptop , we noticed a major dent and gap around the screen when we got back to get the laptop replaced ,first thing they made us wait for half an hour they was no one to help us regarding the product, and when the business executive finally showed up , he blamed us for casing the damage saying the frame got bend when we removed the plastic cover, and the manager said they cant replace. They said they will take the laptop back to Lenovo service centre and assured that no more damage will be done to the laptop as I wasn’t sure of giving the laptop to the service center, when the laptop got back from the service centre they said some one had opened the laptop before and screw is missing , they again blamed us for it , I mean come on who in the right mind opens a product right away after they purchase it. and the service centre has even damaged the laptop screen , the screen has a major scratch on it . Its been 2 weeks we are struggling with chroma and lenovo, calling here and there but they just keep asking for couple a days and when they call us back its the same story , saying they cant refund and cant replace. We have paid whole amount for the product , and this isnt the first time chroma has done something , same story when we had ordered a oven . what should be done, I am gonna suggest it every one to never buy any product off chroma , these people cheat the customers. What am I supposed to do with a damaged product.

I want my money back as this has been going on past 2 weeks and they havent taking any action, I want chroma to refund my money or give ma new laptop. But i have lost hope with the service . The chroma service guys number is 08033166xxx, the manager is playing some game with us , how long are we supposed to wait for this , losing the time and the money they have .
