Infiglobal.com – Faulty Power bank – Review

Dear Sir/ Mam, I had ordered 1 power bank on dated 24/04/2015 & i received it on 05/05/2015 by cash payment. But product was not working after whole day charging. Then I call to your customer care for replacement but he said that your company person will pick this product within 2-3 days & after receiving my payment will return in my bank account given to customer care. Now i am waiting from 05/05/2015 till date no one come to return product. Please arrange for return of payment by returning this product. I want return of my payment with proper compensation for mental harassment for return & calling to them many times. Also loss of my work disturbance due to not attending calls.
