Airtel – Recharged 3G packet Not received

I have recharged my Airtel mobile prepaid service with a 3G packet paying 251 INR. The recharge was done through www.airtel.in. I have the necessary message from Airtel. But since I have done the recharge I have received 2G connectivity instead of 3G. According to Airtel the phone was recharged with a 2G packet instead of 3G. I have lodged a complaint through airtel mobile customer care number and also have stated the issue in Airtel Facebook Page i.e. Airtel.in, but there has been no solution to the issue and I am still facing the problem.

Due to this issue I have to face a lot of difficulty. 1. Network bandwidth issue. Instead of 3G speed I am getting 2G speed which is very much slower in performance. 2. Payment of 251 INR was deducted from my bank account due to online recharge and I am not getting the benefit out of it. 3. Several work related activities which needs good internet connectivity had to face trouble due to this.
