we had asked the company to fix an internet connection at our residence.their official came and collected the documents and took along with it a sum of rs.500(five hundred rupees)which was to be later refunded after a month but it has been about 3 month since we have been calling mr.virender(airtel official at okhla branch) for the refund but no action has been taken and we still have not got our money

WE WANT THAT THE CONSUMER CELL SHOULD HELP US RETRIEVE OUR MONEY FROM THE COMPANY(AIRTEL).
