100bestbuy.com – Non delivery of Product

Hi, My name is Prateek Mishra and I am writing this mail to complain about the fraud done to me by 100bestbuy.com. On 8th October 2013 I ordered a pair of shoes (outlander men casual shoes – 2409) and one shirt (copper line full Sleeves plain shirt – CPL0900). On 10th October 2013 I got a courier by 100 bestbuy.com and after paying Rs 1687 to The courier, as it was a Cash on Delivery order, when I opened the package I found out that the model of shoes Was not the one which I had ordered and the shirt was missing, although they charged me for both the items and Outside the package the contents which were written were the one which I had ordered. I called on their customer care phone number and was told to courier back the product to their office address in Bangalore And was assured that I will get my desired ordered Products within 3 days of receiving back the wrong products by them. I couriered back the products on the same day at their mentioned address. On 16th October they received the courier sent By me and I was notified by the courier company and since then they are not responding to me. I called them many times And even mailed them for more than 10 times and I was given a complain number 6610694, but no action has been taken Regarding my issue and now they just hung up my call after listening my complain. Kindly help me over this issue. I would be very grateful to you.

I want the company to send me the products which i ordered or refund me the entire amount which i paid as soon as possible.
