i have puchased HP Laptop Pavilion series 8 months back, at the time of purchase dealer informed that it carries 1yr onsite serivces for any damages . recently my loptop has been damged i have loged complaint 15 days back Ref#471230336 the custoemr tema told service engineer will visit with in 24 hrs but it is more than 24 days no body visited and i have made more tha n100 call all are went in vain.

laptop to be repaired /repalced at the earliest
