On September 27, 2013 : I got a call from a person stating that he is from IHO and it is a government organisation. Government is running a special scheme for Health betterment for general public and today is one of the promotional days. Today, if I choose to be a member for Family Plan Package, it will cost me only Rs. 7,999. After the process got completed, The guy assured me : 1) Within 3 working days, I will be getting a WELCOME-CALL. It will be like a confirmation call that I am a member of IHO. 2) Asap Welcome-call will be done. Within 14 working days, I will get a package which will consist of 4 IHO individual membership cards for me and my family. And along with that there will be vouchers(free of cost) for complete health check-up. 3) Other than these, they promised few more things I am not able to remember but they were sounding exciting. I wrote several mails requesting them update me with status. Called them innumerable times asking them, if they could kindly tell me what’s the status. They use to track Customers using their registered mobile numbers. Every time I was calling them, they were not able to locate my details on their system as probably they had not initiated the process till that time. Completely exhausted I requested them to refund money. In very next hour, They sent me a mail saying these are soft-copies of temporary cards we have issued to you and your family. But I replied politely, sorry I do not want to be part of this organisation anymore, kindly refund my money. Today I called them again to know the refund status. They said, they have received the request and will be initiating it very soon. Honestly, this made me angry. I do not have faith in them that they will refund my money. So as a crest-fallen customer am seeking your help. Kindly help me getting my refunds and please punish them for mental-torture they caused me.
