Airtel Self Care Bill Payment Portal Sucks

Airtel Selfcare Portal sucks Big Time. I’m not quite sure who has developed it, is it IBM or self developed, but information available on it is outdated.

I changed my Airtel Broadband plan 3 days ago. Only the “Data Limit” is reflecting to correct state while the Price of the Plan and other details are still the old ones. How long does it want to sync all the concerned databases ? Even if they are using old school of development, it should all be done within 24 hours. If you click on any other feature, the AJAX control keeps rotating in your browser and nothing comes up. The portal can log you out while browsing, don’t ask why. I’m frustrated to use this Airtel Self Care / Bill Pay which is Poorer than Govt owned BSNL Portal.

Not only this, the airtel Broadband Plan Selector does not work at all. In ate age of Jio, if Airtel functions like this, it is going to be shutdown very soon.

Mr. Sunil Mittal, time for you to either retire from Airtel or be fired to get competitive professional management.
