Airtel Shop – No Mention of IMEI in Bill

As per attached invoice bill, I purchaged a mobile (Sumsung Grand-2) from Bharti Airtel Services Ltd, but the mobile IMEI no mention on invoice bill and and in my mobile set is defferent. I told to correct this mistake done by the shop, but they ar not ready to correct their mistak even I complaint to Airtel complaint portal but they also not solving my problem.

I live 100 km apart from the shop and my visit to shop means nearly 2000 rupees and one day leave from my job and mentaly harassmen.

I want real invoice bill as per my mobile and comensation for my harassment.
