Airtel SIM Deactivated Without Consent

My mobile number with airtel 8790023xxx was converted from postpaid to prepaid on Feb7th’15 by clearing the outstanding amount and a new prepaid simcard for the same number was issued to me. this new prepaid simcard was activated before Feb 15th’15 and was asked to recharge with Rs88 to get started with the services. On Feb27th’15 i recharged with RS 449 for 2GB of 3G data. My 2GB data was used by mar9th’15 and i called 121 to enquire about the usuage and the executive cut my call inbetween. On Mar26th’15 i tried to recharge online, the portal said its not a valid prepaid number. I reached AP airtel customer care on 984909xxxx to enquire about the number I was told that the prepaid number 8790023xxx has been deactivated because its not being used for more than 90days.

I suffered from not having a data connection during my business trip.
