Dear Sir/Madam,
My Prepaid Airtel number is 9900655887. The service to this number suddenly got disconnected from November end. I went to Airtel office today and enquired, they gave a reason “From past 90 days i have not made any call” . Which I do not agree and also its not a good reason to disconnect service without customer intimation.
Please let me know your decision on this, since I am using this as my business contact, I am facing lot of problems from this.
