After grueling for 2 days on silly issues I was issued a new sim card no.984956380X by airtel off. at begumpet sec’bad on 21-09-2013 with assurance that it will be activated in 12hrs. But even after more than 48hrs the sim card is not activated. Therefore I request the authorities to look into matter and ensure that the sim card is activated at the earliest. For info. the sim card is in the name of my wife Aftab hussain. The acknowleged reciept no. is APB2816665 dt. 21-09-2013.

My complaint is .that your staff member does not pick up the phone .even they cut the calls. Sir please take some appropriate action against them to teach a lesson for future.
