We have paid the amount to M/S Biswadarshan , S.K.DEB ROAD as mentioned in your literature on 1st of September 2013 against due receipt .

You have not bothered to reply our mail sent in the above mentioned dates. Please look in to the matter and do not forced us to go to consumer forum for redress. Expecting quick action and airing English news channels as mentioned in your rate card .
