Airtel agent Ananda Reddy, collected money for airtel broadband installation on 24th March 2014 and took Rs2250. Then he was unavailable for next few days. After 8-10 days, we got to know from some sources that airtel broadband is not available in our area. Upon informing him, he agreed and we filed for disconnection and refund of the payment. He took money from us even though he knew that Airtel broadband is not possible in our area. – Ananda Reddy was very in all his dealings and has not returned money even after numerous calls to him – We contacted Airtel many time with refund complain and complain against Ananda Reddy. We talked to many senior manager in customer care and there has been no action yet – Many times the representative refused to take our complain and even disconnected the call after making us wait for more than 30 mins

We want our money (INR 2250) back with strict action taken against Ananda reddy and Airtel for this ignorance.
