Snapdeal – Received damage Product – Review

Dear Sir, I had order for a Nova Trimmer NHT 1014 White & Silver (order number 2248647819)through Snapdeal.com on 11/06/2014. I had received product on 13/06/2014,but it is damaged, when I found it is not working, immediately intimated to Snapdeal through phone on 14/06/2014 and I had requested for return my order. I had received two SMS from their courier partner (Delhivery) on 16/06/2014, and said they will pick up this product by end of the day. Nobody came to pick up this product, I had called them two times, nobody picked the call also, after that I again called to Snapdeal. They told me this issue will solve soon. Now when I checked their website, it is showing that product is not returnable. Regards Muhammed Faisal Rahman.
