dear whoever is reading the mail….and who did not read my previous mail… !!! no reply for my previous mail !!! please check the bill for this month and there is the charge for 3g data service…….again !!! don’t you understand the meaning of this mail and my concern about the charges that you levy to loot the customers. in-spite of repeatedly telling your customer care exec about my concerns i still don’t understand what is the problem to stop levying charges for something that i am not using. i don’t really have time to call every month for the same issue ever and ever again. moreover after talking and screaming to the floor manager ( which now i am assuming is some admin guy who provides tea and water on the floor) he gives me a “discount” of rs 250. now here is the catch…i don’t get a discount for the service tax levied. i am really surprised at the unique way to loot customers..really giving me ideas to use this scheme and start a scam. i am going ahead and disconnecting the services just because of the mental stress that i get ever month to call the cc about the billing issue. ….and wait there is more…i am also suing you in the consumer court for 1 cr as compensation for the stress you cause me every month…..hold on there is more…you also need to pay for the legal charges that will be incurred in the process. thanks and regards, frank w remedies, +91 9967057xxx
