Its regarding with my Airtel Mobile number-9790874855, I am not getting any sms and i cant even send one. i called to customer care and the reply was it will be ok with in 2hr. but its about 2 weeks, mean while i called executives many time, more than 5 times. now i cant even connect to customer care executive too . for me its important to get sms from my bank and from my company.

I am a AIRTEL customer from past 6 Years and am using 9972136101 for all the years. 3 months back sim got disconnected and they told me to submit documents and i did it, everything was ok suddenly again they disconnected outgoing 3 days back.from yesterday its telling the sim registration failed and airtel office or your worst, customer care is one of the most useless company in the world.if you want check by calling your customer care and you know these days airtel is getting really bad.
