I am using Airtel prepaid SIM for my internet browing.On April 29 ,4.25 PM , i logged on to airtel for recharge.I selected voucher (rs:451)3 GB plan. Once i made my payment, portal displayed some error and stated the transaction failed .but my money was deducted.Then i Made another payment of 451 rupess which again showed a message that”unable to process your request”.It is general that if a transaction fails, money deducted would be refunded.But what happened was that i got mails that both transactions are successful and airtel holds that they wont be responsible to pay rs 451 back because it was recharged twice by me.
I would just like to get back by amount of 451.Because I will not be able to use 6 GB since i paid 902.I expect telecom industries to notify user if he is recharging for a plan that already exists for his number.
