I am a classic member of HDFC bank – Customer ID 2555 4695 Bank account number – 05431050309515 I had raised request for Chequebook and ATM/ Debit card. Both these have been more than 3 weeks ago. They delivered it to Branch instead of delivering it to home address. And now they are not returning it. It is an example of very bad service on HDFC’s part. They claim to be best, talk about personal banking but we cannot even get simple services completed.

Please get the chequebook and ATM card delivered to a new address immediately
