Micromax – display problem mobile set- poor response

I have purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus (Rs. 15000). After few days I have realized that there is sound and display problem in the mobile set. Then I went to aforementioned service centre and lodged my complaint. Please note that I have initially launched complaint in January and then after a month they have given my set back but problem still persist so I return it back again. After that I have visited service center more than 25 times every time they keep on saying that you will get the mobile back within 15 days. Till date I have not received my mobile back. I feel this is kind of mental torture what they are giving to me. The recent Job sheet no. and complaint no. are N030672-0314-8517138 and 2803144514 respectively. Please note that they have changed the Jobsheet number in march and said that you will get your mobile back within 7days and even after visiting their service centre I did not received my mobile back. Therefore I request you please sort out this problem as soon as possible.

I want My money back (Rs. 15000) that I paid to purchase the mobile along with compensation of Rs 5000 that I paid during travelling to visit their service centre
