Symhomy Cooler – faulty product sold and no response

purchased Symhomy Cooler on 21st April 2013, gone faulty , Lodged Complaint(VHC-4E13024) on 4th May 2013. Complaint pending with Symphny fro last More then 01 year.

w/o Cooler for the Last Two Seasons, & a Monetoery Loss of Rs 6800/- whivh I paid to Dealer because Cooler is of NO use for us.

nat a New Cooler because Symphony Supplied a defective Cooler.
