I am having 3 connections for Airtel TV, Primary+2 secondary with ID 3012736285,tariff pack Rs.350+180+180 respectively totalling to Rs.710/-p.m. Got recharged with yearly plan of 710*12=8520/- on 15/12/2013.Few channels for eg. no. 164 & 201 on airtel tv were introduced after 15 December in the same tariff of Rs.350/- which are available to me only on primary and not on the other 2. On speaking to customer care I was told that these channels will be available on secondary on additional payment.

Because the secondary connections are also the part of my primary connection and they have been recharged with the appropriate amount so the complete pack of Rs.350pm should be provided to me on all the 3 connections including the new channels which are presently available only on the primary.
