I booked iPhone 5S online via Reliance e store by paying through citi credit card on 12th Dec, After that I knew that no monthly bills will be provided as per emi plan & hence I decided to cancel my booking. On 13th Dec, I wrote cancellation email on support@newtel.in and also tried to update on given helpline no. But no one responded & neither confirmed on cancellation . After continuous email for cancellation , I received cancellation confirmation on 26th Dec but still not received any update or confirmation on refund & today it is 15th Jan. Almost one month has been passed & no refund yet.Neither Reliance eStore helpline no. responds nor they revert on email
Want refund money with Bank charges as soon as possible. Also a penalty due to inefficient service and no ownership and delay of refund
