Hi Sir/Madam, I received my Airtel bill for the month of February 2014. I get it around 400-500 per month usually. But I was billed for about 800 this time. There is some call entry in the bill which summed up to 360 which I never used. There is no complaint taken from me and they did not even bother to investigate the issue. They straight forwardly told me that I have to pay it. Thanks & Regards, Vamsi.

I want the bill to be investigated and revised by removing the call amount I never used.
