Airtel UP – Poor Mobile Internet / Call Drops

I purchased Airtel Post paid connection Three months ago. From the very beginning I am facing Internet speed issue and call drop due to network. I talked to customer care but my problem was not resolved then I mailed to Appellate authority several times and informed about my problem.Yet my problem is as usual.On top, two times , they are informing me resolution for the number which i don’t know. I informed that this is not my number for which I made complaint, They apologized but again they did same with me.

I lost opportunity of job as I could not apply and send my resume to recruiter due to internet speed. I am a student and doing part time job. Also, I could not study online for the same reason. I am financially and mentally disturbed due to this Airtel.

I request to resolve my issues related to my number and exempt my bill amount what I did not use, if they are unable compensate me for what I suffered so long.
