Airtel – We don’t get any network in our home poor service by care

Hello, I have a AIRTEL connection from few years as of now I am staying in a Apartment Second floor. We don’t get any network in our home interior. I logged first complain about this on 2nd January 2013 to Airtel Customer care and it was closed without any work. Later, opened up 5 more complains regarding the same and Airtel engineer visited the house and did inspection and accepted the problem. However, nothing was solved even after five visit and after further escalating the issue, it was informed that we cannot do anything about this and If I wish i can complain to consumer court etc and nothing will happen. We would like to have good Network coverage as soon as possible or commitment from Airtel when it will be fixed as its been 13 months and issue is not solved.
