Airtel website is showing wrong validity of 30 days for 3G service

I would like to bring to your notice that Airtel website “aitel.in” is showing wrong validity details for 3G service for Rs.102. I recharged my mobile 9963573782 on January 8, 2014 with Rs.102 for 3G services expecting the validity to be 30 days. But after 15 days when I used internet services, the amount was deducted from main balance. I called customer care to enquire why my main balance is getting deducted when internet services are used, according to them validity was only for 15 days. Then I requested them to make payment for amount deducted from my main balance as they promised via website that the validity was for 30 days. But they refused to do so.

The website is still showing validity of 30 days on Febuary 5, 2014 for 3G services for Rs.102. For your reference I am attaching the screen shot of airtel website showing validity of 30 days for 3G services for Rs.102. This is misleading 3G consumers and airtel is gaining huge amount through this wrong information on website. Please address this issue and help consumers.
