The device airtel 4G LTE Wireless WiFi router Purchased on: 24/09/2013. Problem: Device started POWERING OFF and ON very frequently, resulting in connection failure. Problem first detected on: First week of December 2013. Complaint raised on: December second week. solution provided-Updated the device firmware. Result: Problem not resolved. Second complaint raised on: 09/01/2014 Solution: No proper RESPONSE from Airtel. Third complaint raised on: 14/01/2014. Solution: Hardware need to be replaced at, Airtel Serice centre Bangalore. As per the technician suggestion, the device was given at the Rajaji Nagar service statio bangalore on 23/01/2014. Device returned on: 28/01/2014 stating they have replaced the mother board. Result: Problem was not resolved. same problem repeated on the same day. Fourth complaint: 28/01/2014. NO SOLUTION OR ATLEAST COMPLAINT NUMBER PROVIDED FROM CUSTOMER CARE.
I NEED DEVICE TO BE REPLACED WITH A BRAND NEW PIECE, WHICH WORKS PROPERLY.
