Hello Sir, Date :- 14/03/2014 Subject :- Complain Against Cheating from TATA Docomo Employee. This is Anand Trivedi i am using Tata Docomo Broadband WIFI Connection at Ahmedabad Gujarat. Form last three days I am not able to connect with the the Internet. On 11th Morning I had called customer care to know the issue and they have told me that there is issue from our side and server is down and it will be up in 3 hours so kindly wait for 3 hours. After waiting for 4 hours again i had called and they have told me that everything is fine from our side and they have raised complain from customer care technical department & Complain number was 405500419. In the Evening time I have got the News that my bill was pending that is why my connection was bared. So when I had took this connection Mr. Dhaval who took my documents and money I had given him Rs. 1150 for New Modem and Rs. 1000 for advanced Rental. Any how he did not deposited that money and my connection got barred. After that he deposited that Money after almost 2 month in my account. Mr. Siddharth who is working as a technical over here in Ahmedabad had closed my complain by giving feedback that there was the IP Issue at customer end and it has been solved. In Actual no one has come over here and addressed my complain and closed from your end. On 12th Morning I was waiting for someone to come and solve the issue But no one turned up. On 13th Morning when again I had given a call at cutomer care I came to know about my last complain has been closed. So today morning they had again raised my complain & Complain number was 405762143. In the Evening When I called to know the status I came to know that complain had already been closed by Mr. Siddharth and remark was there was a cable cut issue and it had been solve and customer is using internet. I haven’t got any call no one came to see once also. And again in three days TATA People had made me fool. This is something unethical which is happening with me and as an educated youth of India I consider this as a fraud. This is not first time happening with me same kind of mail I had done in starting of February as well. If this thing is going too happened again and again this time I have to take strict action and have to file fraud case against Tata Tele Services. Kindly Take Any Action against this and keep me inform for the same. I dont want any kind of fake Promises which they do . I want that just because of this they should relief our one year subscription for Broadband Connection.
