airtel sent me 6,292.94 rs which is total over charged to me. after many complaints they given me discount of Rs. 3370.80/- but my concern i dont use that much then how can i pay rest Rs. 2922.14/ only for 3g data here is my concern I have activated 3G data pack on 27 January 2014 Deactivation request was on 24 February 2014 9.30 pm 1. There is wrong 3G transaction date in my Bill. its showing 27 January 2014 To 23 February 2014 which is Wrong it has to 27 January 2014 To 24 February 2014 2.if they say pro-rate base because i have deactivated before 25 My Bill cycle. As per PRO-RATE I have used 27 Jan 2014 To 24 Feb 2014 = 28 Days 3G 2gb = 2048 MB 2048 / 30 = 68.26666666666667 day 68.26666666666667 x 28 = 1911.466666666667 MB Total MB Used by me is 1918.21484375 1918.21484375 – 1911.466666666667 = 6.748177083333 MB so only i have to pay for 6.748177083333 MB 6.748177083333 x 1024 = 6910.1333333329922 KB As per 03 paisa per 10 kb 6910.1333333329922 / 10 x .03 = 20.73 Rupee Only airtel not resolving my issue. i am tired to complaint every day almost 20-30 mails and 30 calls to appellate and nodel office

i want justice i want they accept their fault and provide me fast resolution
