I have paid billing amount in the month of august 2014 around amount of Rs.449.44 & immediately closed the plan through customer care. in the month of September 2014 received one more bill where shown no one amount is due but in the month of Oct 2014 again generated bill by Airtel Company amount of Rs.449.44. I am continuously confirmed on email ID’s appellate.mumbai@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.mumbai@in.airtel.com to Airtel authority but they are also not ready to closed this matter where has fault by company’s team member who’s not closed my plan on request time.
