I have purchased a mobile named Auxus Nuclea N1 last year and i faced many technical problems. So i contacted customer care many times and then they replaced with a new mobile. but still i’m facing many problems in that mobile. while contacting customer care they are not responding and also they ask back questions to customers and not answering to customer queries.

The cost of this mobile was Rs 18,000 during purchase. It is totally waste of money and they are cheating. customer care not good. No service centers. Really bad experience.
