HTC Mobile – Hanging auto off

This is brought to your kind notice that I had purchased a mobile Desire 500 bearing S.N. HTC3CPE01556 on 08.04.2014 from ELECTRONIC KINGDOM TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI-18. Later on 4 months, the phone became hanging up, auto off/on during calling / charging and its vibrator was also not working. Thereafter, I went to Janakpuri HTC service center in the month of August 14 and explained all raised issues with the phone. Further, they told that the phone will be sent to Gurgaon where the engineers are available and do solve the troubleshooting problems. I submitted my mobile and within one week it was received at that time I had checked it and it works properly. After one week it became hanging up, I went again to service center and told about the issues but that time they had updated the software and returned the same. In the meantime my mobile charger was not working properly, I visited the service center on 06.09.2014 and told my problem, they have received my charger and told that the charger will be received at home within a week. After 15 days, I had received my mobile charger. Further, I visited again regarding the issues of hanging of mobile and submitted it to service center in the month of September 14 and after 15 days it was received but the problem could not be solved. Thereafter, I went to Kamla Nagar Service Centro on 29.10.14 where the engineers are available then I explained all problems what was happened earlier. In the meantime the speaker of mobile was also not working. The engineer of service center changed the speaker elements and told to submit the mobile as its motherboard had some issues. After 15 days I was received my mobile on 17.11.14 with new IEMI NO. 357654057549803 in place of earlier IEMI NO. 357654054005015, But few days later, it became hanging again more than 10 times in a day so that I went to kamla nagar centre on 26.11.2014 and told the issues, they checked the mobile and told that its mother board is required to be changed again due to faulty elements, and after more than 20 days passed, my mobile has not been received now.

I had complained to customer care number 1800266366 and explained entire matter and requested to replace my mobile as it has so many issues and problems could not be solved. I told them that the mobile company gives one year warranty and mobile was under submission in service centre for four months then who will be responsible for poor service and malfunctioned mobile phone. The complained id is 14INA480001047. They have listened my problem but did not give satisfactory reply. They said the mobile will not be replaced in any circumstances.
