Hi, Back in mid septemember new airtel plan pamphlet were distributed in our soceity (Sharda Gram, Sharda Darshan, anand Nagar, Dahisar East, Mum – 68). In the pamplhet they have mentioned that you can upgrade your current plan from 2 MBPS to 4 MBPS. So I ordered the new one and sales executive filled up the form and he told us that you have to discontinue your old line (no. 02240144xx). Next day executive came and he installed new line and said your old line is disconnected now. I said ok and he left. When i checked my new line which was installed is of 1 MBS.. I tried calling many time to Mr. Ratan Gaud but he didn’t replied. Till to date i am receiving airtel bill for my old land line number which i am not using at all. Can any legal action be taken against Airtel as they are harassing me and it is affecting my health. Tushar 9920894xxx
I want legal action against airtel to be take for harassing be and sending wrong bills to me every day…and also i am receiving calls every day from Airtel..
