Hello, I’ve a problem against Airtel. I’ve a Airtel post paid connection (Number-8019712xxx). i’m using airtel science last 2 years. I’ve activated “my plan” cost 999 for my airtel connection, Which normally cost INR 1200 including services tax as a monthly bill. Last month(5th September,2014 to 4th October,2014) I got INR 4214 bill for one month. In this bill Airtel guys added INR 2499 for international roaming which I never requested. As per these false charges 12.5% services tax also increased to INR 450. After calling to airtel call center on 121 I discussed this problem with Mr. Sharif. He understand my problem and accepted that INR 2499 and extra tax were wrongly added to my bill. He corrected INR 1000 on that movement and told me renaming amount will be adjust by next month(5th October,2014 to 4th November, 2014) bill. This month on 7th November, I again got wrong bill. The remaining amount is not adjusted. I called airtel customer supported on 121 more then 10 time. Every time one new person will pick up my call and I need to tell him every thing again from beginning, It took around 45 to 60 minutes avg. Every body accepted about false charges and promises me that he will arrange a call from billing department, But till now I didn’t get any call from airtel billing department. I got frustrated enough, So I’ve changed my bill plan from 999 to 199 only. Now I want to change my service provider from airtel to other. But For this I need to settle my pending bill. Due to bill is not correct, So I can’t pay it. Now I want to file a legal case against airtel. I’ve all the proofs for supporting my case. Airtel also have all the recordings about my phone call which I make for airtel customer center on 121. I can use these recording also for making my case more stronger. Apart from this amount I want to show the power of a active consumer. For this if we claim any good amount, then it will be a lesson for them.
