I brought Lenovo P780 Smartphone in the month of April 2014 but last month I faced network issue in it for that I submitted my handset to Lenovo service center on 28th oct 2014 but till date no resolution given by service center. They are saying, that they will replace faulty part but till date they didn’t receive part of my handset already more then 26 days gone & today again when I visited there they are saying same thing to me that they didn’t receive part, I never expect such a pathetic service from Lenovo.

spent 18000rs to buy this handset Please help me to get my money back or replacement of handset with other Brand.
